Let me share a bit about who I am

Hello! I’m Sharon Hayes.

With over 35 years of experience as an entrepreneur, business strategist and consultant, I currently serve as CEO of Domainate Incorporated and Venture Asset Group Incorporated, while also chairing multiple corporate boards. My journey has involved building over two dozen businesses, working extensively with organizations of all sizes on strategic growth, and partnering with hundreds of well-known corporate brands, educational institutions, politicians, and celebrities. I’m also a proud alumna of the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University.

Throughout my career, I’ve developed successful training programs across coaching, finance, and personal growth, with an impressive client roster that includes brands like Porsche, IBM, and Minute Maid, as well as thousands of private clients. All of this experience has allowed me to both learn from my own successes and failures and get broad exposure to what works and doesn’t work for coaches and consultants.

Although I’ve always loved what I do work-wise, nothing else has given me the same level of personal satisfaction I get from helping clients transform their own lives and the lives of those they serve.
